Est. 2026 · Three programs · Two sports · One Commissioner
BREAKING: Norway requests a ruling on whether “touchdown” counts as a goal · Georgia files appeal #47 regarding standings methodology · Commissioner confirms Oregon remains first “pending review of Oregon remaining first” · Norway home fixture postponed (weather, allegedly) · Consent banner now available in Nynorsk upon written request ·

Three programs. Two sports. Zero agreement on the rules.

The PPAC unites the Oregon Ducks, the Georgia Bulldogs, and the Norway national team in a rivalry nobody asked for and the Commissioner refuses to dissolve. Norway was admitted on a technicality: it is, technically, coastal.

Results & Fixtures

Week 1 · Autzen Stadium · American football

Oregon Ducks vs. Georgia Bulldogs

41 – 38

A thriller decided when Georgia's final drive was reviewed and overturned by the Commissioner, who was also the replay official, who was also wearing green.

Week 2 · Sanford Stadium · Association football

Georgia Bulldogs vs. Norway

0 – 0

Scoreless after 90 minutes. Georgia refused to remove the pads. Norway scored twice but both goals were waved off because “between the hedges” was ruled an obstruction.

Week 3 · Somewhere in Norway · TBD

Norway vs. Oregon Ducks

PPD

Scheduled for January. Postponed. Weather. Oregon has requested the fixture be moved to Eugene in October “for fairness.” Norway has requested the opposite, in writing, in three languages.

Not-So-Friendlies

Non-conference results the Commissioner has agreed to recognize, on the grounds that each member won.

Nov 29, 2025 · Husky Stadium, Seattle · Result: Oregon 26, Washington 14

Ducks Take the Trophy, the Playoff Spot, and the Last Word; Washington Keeps the Rain

Oregon's second straight win in the series, this one in Seattle, in the rain, in front of people who paid to watch it. Washington's 2023 Pac-12 title game victory remains on the books, in a conference that no longer exists, which the Ducks consider a fair trade.

Jun 1, 2026 · Ullevaal, Oslo · Result: Norway 3, Sweden 1

Union Dissolved Again, Peacefully, in Oslo

Jørgen Strand Larsen scored twice and Antonio Nusa once before Sweden had settled in. Sweden's goal arrived in the 76th minute, which is about how long it took them to notice in 1905. Both nations went on to the World Cup; only one went on to this website.

Oct 10, 2026 · Bryant-Denny Stadium, Tuscaloosa · Result: Georgia 20, Alabama 17

Kirby Finally Wins in Tuscaloosa, Confirms He “Didn't Come Here to Lose,” Leaves Before Anyone Checks the Record

Georgia's first win at Bryant-Denny since 2014 and first regular-season win over Alabama since 2007, sealed by a Peyton Woodring field goal and a fourth-quarter non-call on KJ Bolden that Alabama is still discussing. The Commissioner reviewed the play from Eugene and found nothing, which is also what he found when he looked for Oregon's national titles.
